The challenge

Chowmill needed to scale rapidly - two parallel product lines, a mobile app, and enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure, all delivered within a fixed window. Their internal team could not absorb the build without pulling resources from core operations.

What we built

Two full-stack SaaS web applications and a React Native mobile app, deployed on AWS ECS with automated CI/CD. Weekly release cadence from week 3 onwards. Infrastructure designed for enterprise scale from the start - not patched together as they grew.
